Adjacent non-supplementary angles

I took this picture. It is of a computer with the screen at a non supplementary angle. This shows the technology industry and the purple line shows the non-supplementary angle. It is used everyday by most people for doing homework, at a job and many other things.

Supplementary angles that are not a linear pair

I took this picture. It shows metal fabrication because they are tongs which are metal. The purple line shows supplementary angles that are not linear pairs because they are not equal. They are used everyday in the kitchen while cooking dinner or any meal.

Congruent acute or obtuse angles

I took this picture. It is a picture of a cabinet that shows hospitality industry. It also shows congruent obtuse angles because the purple line is showing the obtuse angle. It is used everyday in the kitchen when putting dishes and other things away.

Perpendicular line to a plane

I took this picture. It is of a radio that is used in the broadcasting industry. This shows a perpendicular line to a plane because the purple line is on the radio antenna and that is going through the plane which is the radio itself. The purple box is the plane. This is used everyday when the news needs to be told each day and the radio is listened to by many people in their cars on the way to work or different times throughout the day.

Vertical Angles

I took this picture. It is of two coasters forming a vertical pair. The purple lines are showing the two lines that the coasters make forming a vertical pair with angle one and angle two. This is used in real life when people need to put their drinks on coasters.

Angle bisector

I took this picture. It is of a violin showing an angle bisector. The purple lines show the angle and the line going through the angle to make the angle bisector. This is in the music industry. Violins are used everyday when people want to make music by playing the violin.

Non-congruent alternate interior angles

This is a water tower. It is used to keep water in and be able to use it other times. The purple lines show non-congruent alternate interior angles because one and two are alternate interior angles and the two other lines are not straight so that makes them not congruent. I found this online.

Coplaner Parallel Lines

This is a sidewalk. This shows coplaner parallel lines because there are three lines on the same plane, that are parallel. This is used in the real world when people walk on it. I found this picture online.

Segment bisector

This is a window. It is used in the real world because most buildings have windows and all houses do. Cars also use windows, airplanes and other vehicles do. This is a segment bisector because the purple line is bisecting the three other lines on the window. I found this picture online.

Skew lines

http://geometryislife.blogspot.com/2011/05/skew-lines-are-represented-by-street.html\
This is a road sign. The purple lines show skew lines because the two lines won't touch and that is what a skew line is. This is used everyday when people pass roads and need to know what street they are on. It is used everyday and every street has one. I found this picture online.
